We offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING on all order regardless of the size of the order.  All orders  will be shipped USPS.

You may also call 1-407-323-8418 to make an order over the phone or to inquire about volume pricing. If you use a credit card, your order will shipped out within 2 days. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship 10 business days after we receive your check. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery after receiving a shipping conformation email from Casto Company.


Privacy Policy

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order. We do not store credit card information including card numbers. You must enter the information each time you order.

Volume Pricing

We offer special pricing when ordering a large quantity of a single item. The minimum order for volume pricing is $250.00. If you have any further questions about this program call 1-407-323-8418.

Return Policy

You must call 1-407-323-8418 to receive a RMA number before returning all or part of your order. Merchandise must be returned in new saleable condition. All orders are subject to a 25% restock fee. Buyers must pay all shipping cost on returns. Buyers will be charged the difference between the actual shipping and the flat rate shipping charge on all returns.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days, on special orders or volume sales. Electrical parts are not returnable.  Any returned unsaleable or unauthorized merchandise will be assessed a 15% handling fee and returned at the customers expense.
